Our Pet Policy

Our community allows dogs and cats
We welcome pets upon approval
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
Breed restrictions apply, please contact the office.

Pet Fees

There is a one-time nonrefundable fee of $300 for one pet or $400 for two pets.
The monthly pet rent is $30 per pet.

I am currently going on my second year here at Lamberton Lake Apartments and I absolutely LOVE it, I just transferred from a roomy two bedroom to a beautiful newly remolded one bedroom. The scenery is just beautiful and peaceful, the community here is very friendly and clean. Maintenance is awesome with upkeep and keeping the grounds safe in the winter months, the office staff is wonderful and very helpful. As I said before I just love it here I cant see myself moving any time soon. I'm very pro
